Wilhelmina "Billie" Nolan, 81, of Galena, IL passed away Saturday, February 15, 2025, in her sleep at home. A funeral service will be held at 3 PM, Sunday, February 23, 2025, at the Furlong Funeral Chapel, Galena where friends may gather after 1 PM until the time of service. The burial will be in St. Michaels Catholic Cemetery, Galena. She was born February 22, 1943, in Galena the daughter of Kenneth and Lorraine (Ganshirt) Rayhorn. Billie graduated from Galena High School. She was united in marriage to William "Bill" Nolan on September 14, 1963, at St. Michaels Catholic Church and he preceded her in death on January 13, 2003. Billie spent many years at the Jo Davies County Sherriff's and County Health Department before retiring in 2008. She loved traveling, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.
